When will my order ship?

If your order is in-stock and was submitted before 12:00 PM Central Time, expedited shipments will ship the same day or the next business day for orders placed on a weekend. Non-expedited shipments are processed within two business days of payment verification, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s tracking package.

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to help track your order status or location. This number can be tracked on the shipping carrier’s website or from the link in your shipping confirmation email. For any other questions about where your order might be, please get in touch with our customer service center through our Contact Us form.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

To know if your order is in-stock online, look for the √ In Stock mark on any of our product pages. If you order is back-ordered, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive it in our inventory systems. When an order is placed, we authorize the total amount. If you are instead checking if an item is in stock for in-store pickup, select the pickup at your store location. If an order can be placed, it is in stock at your store.
